As disciples for Christ, our mission is to pursue Jesus, hear and respond to the Gospel, and live with God's purpose in our hearts. We know that discipleship works best in community and we want to be equipped and empowered to serve God and others in our communities. We want to become stronger spiritual leaders of our homes and families. We want to look to God and become better men of God, according to 1 Tim 6:11: "But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness." We offer a safe space without judgment or condemnation where men can share what's weighing in their hearts and we will pray over them with love and understanding. We also have accountability partners to help us grow our faith and obedience to God's will for us. From the Greek word, φάλαγξ, (fæ,lænks), meaning, “plank”; “battle plank”, “battle order”— The Phalanx Shield is generally credited as originating from Ancient Greece. It was a military formation in which one soldier positioned the shield to protect the fellow soldier to the left while being protected the same way by the one to the right, thus freeing their right arm to strike with the spear. In this formation, a troop of soldiers would repel attacks by the enemy and push forward in unison to advance in the battlefield.  Join us on Saturdays from 10 am to 11 am as we gather and prepare our spiritual phalanx formation to face the work week challenges ahead and become stronger brothers and sisters in Christ. Psalms 91: "Those who live in the shelter of the Most High will find rest in the shadow of the Almighty.2. This is a co-ed group for Single Adults ages 30+ who are looking for community, leadership opportunities, and ministry. This group includes Never Married, Divorced, or Widowed Singles. We meet at the Southlake Campus, during Community Night. We start the evening enjoying the free provided meal between 6-6:45pm (optional), 6:45pm worship in the front lobby and then participating in Classroom 2A at 7:00pm. Each week we have a teaching on a topic relevant to Single Adults with an opportunity to process. This group tends to be Singles ages 30’s-50's but all are welcomed. Children's Ministry is available (birth-6th grade) from 6:30-9pm. Gateway Students (7th-12th grade) is available at TKU from 6-9pm. If you are separated, you are still legally married. We can find other options for you.

The Greatest Power in the World is a weekly gathering for fellowship and study of the person of the Holy Spirit in the daily Christian life. To know His guidance, power, and victory throughout life journey.  Subjects Include: The Holy Spirit in the Old Testament The Holy Spirit in the New Testament The Seal of the Holy Spirit The group will begin on February 3, 2026. This group is for Co – Ed 30's+. A weekly dinner will be provided. No childcare available. However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.
